3C Advisory was co-founded by Geeta Dhote & Pratibha Pai who bring with them rich and varied experience from academics, industry and community projects. The 3C Team includes like minded people from diverse areas of specialization. This coalition of committed constituents comes with credible work experience in human resource development, the social sector, marketing, media and public relations.

Geeta Dhote - Career Consultant


Geeta Dhote, mathematician and career consultant, got her Masters Degree from the prestigious Claremont Graduate University, USA. In her early professional career, Geeta used her mathematical and analytical skills in the finance industry as Managing Director of Altona Investments, the investment arm of the Alta Group. Alongside this, she pursued her love for teaching by mentoring and tutoring students, and training teachers. Her love for teaching and counseling saw her set up 3C Advisory, a career guidance and mentoring firm where along with training & aptitude testing, she specializes in Personality Evaluation & Career Guidance through Biometrics. She is also part of the Shraddhanand Mahilashram, working extensively for the underprivileged.

Pratibha Pai - Career Consultant & Corporate Trainer


Pratibha Pai started out her diverse career in the area of finance and hospitality. She took this experience to academia and was a core faculty at the Bachelor of Management Studies at the H.R.College of Commerce & Economics for over 10 years, teaching various subjects across the three year undergrad program. Along with academics, Pratibha has overseen industry-academia interactions, social initiatives, placements, and the Women’s Development Cell. Pratibha has co-authored a book on Business Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility and Indian Management Thoughts & Practices. She has presented papers at national & international seminars and has had the opportunity to be part of international faculty exchange programs and faculty delegations to leading universities across the globe. She was the recipient of the Best Teacher Award at H.R.College in 2005.

Pratibha is the co-founder of 3C Advisory, a career guidance, corporate training and consulting firm. She consults and trains on issues relating to communication, soft skills, team-building, personality development, multi-cultural sensitivity and social responsibility for corporates, industry associations, non-profits and consulates.

Pursuing her passion for social initiatives, Pratibha conceptualized and managed the widely acclaimed Project Chirag which has provided solar electrification to over 5000 households across 132 villages, in a short span of 3 years. A logical progression of this led her to being the co-founder and director of Chirag Rural Development Foundation, a non-profit engaged in providing solar electrification and upliftment of the rural poor.
